SPARTAN ACADEMY is largest Krav Maga GLOBAL (KMG) affiliated organisation in North of England. The Spartans Academy of Krav Maga UK teaches only the genuine system of Krav Maga that was developed by Imi Sde-Or (Lichtenfeld), which has been continually developed and updated by the GLOBAL INSTRUCTORS TEAM of the KMG headed by Chief Instructor and closest assistant to Imi, Mr.EYAL YANILOV.

Our instructors have undertaken what is widely regarded as the most comprehensive and demanding instructors course in self defense circles and regularly attend training and updates with the expert Global Instructor Team from the IKMF to ensure we are teaching the most effective and up to date system, direct from the source.

We run Krav Maga classes in York , Sheffield , Hull and Newcastle. We provide first class training in KRAV MAGA ,the Israeli defensive tactics system !

We offer a range of Krav Maga related services including regular KRAV MAGA Classes,Private Tuition , training and KRAV MAGA courses,and SEMINARS across North of England

BIOGRAPHY:

  Originally from Rumania, GEORGE served 11 years as a sergeant in the Rumanian Army. After leaving the Army in 2000, for 6 years he worked within the Private Security Industry carrying out similar duties and Close Protection.

  George had been trained by the highest level experts from the International Krav Maga Federation in both Israel and Europe prior to successfully completing the instructor course.

In 2009 during an intensive period under the guidance of Global Instructors Eyal Yanilov, Amnon Darsa and Iftac, he attended and successfully completed the International Krav Maga LAW ENFORCEMENT Instructors Course in Poland . Prior to moving to the UK and beginning Krav Maga, George spent over 17 years studying traditional martial arts reaching 1st Degree Black Belt in Shotokan, Red Belt in Tae Kwon Do WTF (the military version) , Brawn belt in Kyokushin under the Roumanian Martial Arts Federation (FRAM).
