Just got back from the best week of my life, Romania! Training and touring round Romania. George and Adrian have an abundance of knowledge and always pushing us to better ourselves, which is refreshing compared to other camps. The trip consisted of two 8 hour day Training sessions and then touring for the remainder of the week. Anyone thinking of doing some Krav training abroad then this will be right down your street! The group that went over bonded as a family and learned several new techniques which were great. Training continued in a way for the rest of the week (checking the area) as you have to keep you wit about you, but it was all great the odd slap / punch / kick, keeps you alive and on the ball!

I have just returned from an epic week training and touring in Romania. The week consisted of two days training under the instruction of George and Adrian and a further four days visiting the sites of Romania. This was my first experience of training in another country and I would recommend it to anyone looking to gain some experience of intensive training and take a step outside their weekly training 'comfort zone'. George and Adrian made sure the group trained hard throughout the sessions and introduced some new techniques and training elements that we had not come across in our weekly training sessions. The training group was good, including mixed sexes and Practitioners from the Liverpool, Manchester and London clubs.

Touring around Romania was a great experience and it was obvious that George had put a great deal of thought into the tour, ensuring that we saw some of the best sites Romania has to offer. In addition to visiting Vlad the Impaler's castle (a definite must see), we visited Monastries, Mines, different cities in Transilvania and toured the Romanian coutryside.

I would recommend the trip to anyone who is thinking about expanding their training experience and looking to visit an area of the world they might not otherwise visit. I am certainly looking forward to any future tours!

Having been on the Romanian Krav tour i feel that i haved gained a great deal from my experience particularly the intense training sessions, these being conducted under various stress situations and enabling us to put our new found techniques into action.

The tour itself was well thought out, we travelled around transilvania and the romanian countryside aswell as visiting a number of unique places including monastries, a salt mine and Vlad the impaler's castle. All of the attractions giving an intresting insight into the background of romanian history.

Thanks to Adrian and George for making the tour what it was and i would recommend future tours to anybody thinking of training outside the UK.

The training in Transilvania was a great experience. Two days training of 8h each gave me the opportunity to practise several techniques against armed assaults in more in- depth than usually possible in the 1h training sessions, including training in varying light conditions, realistic indoor situations, being confronted with an overwhelming number of attackers and eventually possibly the boundary of your own physical abilities.

Having two knowledgable and experienced instructors to your disposal all day, answering all your questions patiently, but as well telling you the absolute truth about the quality of your technique, if insufficient, makes a big difference to the outcome of your practise. Personally I really like George´s principle ´´You are never good enough!´´ It makes you try and reach a bit higher than before!

Regarding the group itself it was a pleasure to train with highly motivated people and I am so surprized how quick people who have never met before can bond and build a team. Everyone of the group only knew one other person from training and in within one day (actually on the ride between airport and hotel) a group of strangers transformed into a family. Amazing! BUT I would warmly welcome, if some Krav girls would get off the couch and show some initiative to join the slighty more advanced training!

I highly appreciate all the effort and planning Adrian put into it. He did try to make all of us happy throughout the trip, to show us the highlights of Romania and he succeeded. Thanks for introducing me to Romania which is a beautiful country full of friendly people, with amazing wild mountains and beautiful countryside! I recommend the Transilvania tour to anybody who is interested in substantial training and foreign countries and culture.

Thanks George! And to the rest of the guys, hope to see you again soon on a U.K. seminar!
